The Best Yoga & Mindfulness Podcasts You Don’t Wanna Miss

15 Best Yoga & Mindfulness Podcasts You Don’t Wanna Miss | GECKO

Might be a bit controversial with the continued growth of hustle culture, but I have never been a fan of multitasking…

Over the last two years, for obvious reasons, podcasts came really in hand when it came to keeping myself distracted while learning or laughing about something new.

Whether it’s on a big morning walk, running errands or even just doing laundry and cleaning the house - I’m listening to a podcast!

So I guess multitasking, in this way, is after all a good option!

When it comes to the topics I listen to, it really depends on what mood I’m in but mainly related to the things that I like most: yoga and inspirational content.

These days, anyone on planet earth can publish a podcast, making it harder to find good and trustworthy information to listen to. It all comes down to trial and error.

But we got you! After a lot of time listening to different podcasts I can now choose a few different ones that I can safely recommend for you to try!

Here are the 15 best Yoga and Mindfulness podcasts you don't wanna miss:
