How to Return Your Gecko Yoga Products
We hope you love your Gecko Yoga products as much as we do. However, if you're not vibing with your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a refund, you'll need to present the material you wish to return along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@geckoyogamats.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted, so please reach out to us beforehand.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your product for something different, please contact us at hello@geckoyogamats.com and we will let you know the quickest way to get your new Gecko item to you.
Refunds
Once we've received your returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns without Merchandise
If your item was not successfully delivered, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. See our shipping policy for more information. Lost or stolen items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
What Will We Do With Returned Gecko Products?
Just because a product is not the right fit for you doesn't mean it's not a great fit for someone else. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we will never trash your returned products. Instead, we'll give your returned Gecko product a second shot at love.
Unused Yoga Accessories
All returned yoga accessories that are unopened and unused will be recycled back into our inventory.
Like New / Lightly Used Yoga Accessories
All yoga accessories that are like new or lightly used may be resold at a discounted price. We promise to remain transparent in labeling second-hand products. These items will never appear on our website for full price.
Heavy Use or Worn Yoga Accessories
Tested out your yoga accessories for the full 30 days, but still aren't loving your product? No problem. Send it back to us and we'll donate it.
Before Returning, Please Consider Gifting Your Gecko Product
Please keep in mind that we are a small business, and fulfill orders by hand. Every purchase has an impact on our business, and consequently, so do returns. Before returning your product, we kindly ask that you first consider gifting it to someone else who may love it. Namaste!
